Good morning everybody. I will be holding the latest SBI Live Q&A this afternoon at 1pm. Please submit your soccer (and pop culture) related questions and I will answer as many of them as possible.
With no Champions League action on the schedule for once, today's Q&A may be longer than most, so be sure to check in and take part.
Hey Ives, if the 2002 US World Cup team played against the 2010 version ( injuries aside meaning a healthy gooch and davies), who would win? Also how do you think that 2002 team would fair with this years draw of england, algeria, and slovenia? Thanks Ives
there’s an easy, peasy form at the bottom of the Q&A frame. if you could read the Q&A chat but not see the form to submit questions, i’d guess that your browser settings are boinking it…
Ives, any peripheral players in the US MNT player pool that isn’t getting much coverage, but has a shot at making the 2010 WC team? I’m thinking Clarence Goodson has an outside chance (especially if Onyewu isn’t at least 95% back by 6/12/2010). Thanks.
IVes what do u think about Pires coming to the Union possibly after June? I believe he will do great for the union because that is one piece of the puzzle that they really need.

Those are actually good questions. Save them for Ives during the Q n A–I want to see what he has to say.
After three weeks of MLS action which three teams would u consider the best? three worst?
(SBI-Matt, the questions must be submitted within the live Q&A, not here.)
Perhaps a commenter would know…how do I type in a question in the live Q&A? I didn’t see a spot when the chat was going on to enter in a question.
about what?
IVes what do u think about Pires coming to the Union possibly after June? I believe he will do great for the union because that is one piece of the puzzle that they really need.
(SBI-Jerome, your comments have ZERO to do with this post. That’s why they were removed.)
Have you heard any discontent among MLS players about the new Designated Player rule? Was this on the table when the discussions were held to avoid a strike?
“With no European soccer action on the schedule for once…”
Are you sure about this?
I intend to watch, Arsenal, Villa, Barcelona today.
(SBI-Sorry, meant Champions League.)
