Eddie Johnson suffered what appears to be a hamstring injury in Aris Salonika's Greek play-off with AEK Athens on Wednesday. The injury, which Johnson picked up in the 42nd minute, comes just one day after he was announced to the preliminary 30-man U.S. World Cup roster.
(UPDATE-According to Johnson's representantive, Johnson suffered a mild hamstring tweak and was removed from the match for precautionary reasons. He is expected to be back for Aris' next match.)
