Robinho and Ramires each scored a pair of goals as Brazil toppled Tanzania, 5-1, in its final World Cup warm-up match at National Main Stadium in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Impressed by Brazil's 5-1 win? Think Brazil is ready to make a run at a sixth World Cup? More impressed by the commentary and sound effects for each of Brazil's goals?

  1. music was awesome !!!

i must say there’s no way im listening to John Harkes on the radio over Cantor or Radio Caracol! the sound effects are cool! the boring blase tone of harkes is not. those sound fx are awesome! we should take a cue from the good radio shows at least

  2. Brazil was impressive. this is how u treat a warm up – dont go 100%, focus on chemistry – why they were arguing at 0:38 it looks like – and beat the team silly. u need to see the back of the net to get in form mentally as well as physically.

y r people hating on em? Brazil has been the most impressive so far. England plays a south african side and doesnt impress – that’s something to hate on – and good for us baby!

that said, USA had the toughest warm-ups against all solid teams – props to Bradley and co. for doing that!!!

  3. I’m not a hater… but that’s about the ugliest 5-1 win i’ve ever seen. It’s like no one was trying… the least they could have done in a 5-1 win is offer a single “beautiful” goal.

I mean what’s tje point? The back line has such little defensive training that it seemed like they looked upon being scored as an honor.

  5. Damn how’d you figure that one out? I kinda thought he was mouthing off too when I saw it. I’m glad to find out that he was just sending love to his son.

  6. What? No sound effect love for the Tanzania goal?

If Brazil could do this for these anemic goals, what do you think we should have for our sound effects?

  7. Yeah. Not too impressed with a 5-1 win over Tanzania. Who were they supposed to model? Ivory Coast is a much better team than that.

  8. Robinho sent his love to his son in Brazil when he spoke into the camera after scoring the goal. Because it was a Globo camera (the primary Brazilian network, if you don’t know), he knew that his family would probably see it. So facts help.

  9. The Tanzanian GK is completely at fault for goals 3-5 (beat near side, missed the ball, easy save). The second goal also needed to be cleared and would be by any of the World Cup squads. The first goal is a little bit of pinball but I can see that happening in the World Cup. Tanzania’s goal was by far the best goal in terms of actual quality. Nothing here impresses me too much about Brazil, that being said, they’re still Brazil.

  10. +1..I think his celebrations were classless. You’re a superstar playing against a side that you have outclassed. You don’t go up to the cameras holding the ball probably talking a bunch of nonsense. Its a friendly, show some class Robinho.

  11. I could do without seeing Robinho ever scoring again due to the way he acts afterwards. He acts like a little kid; the thumb sucking celebration is one of the lamest I have ever seen.

  12. Whoever scored for Tanzania must be feeling on top of the world.

Brazil should have scored more though 😉 5-1 is kinda light.

  13. Another high paying exhibition for CBF. Players are very worried about getting hurt just prior to the tournament. The left side with Michel Bastos and Felipe Melo looked vulnerable against the passing game of a weak opponent that had played an African Nations qualifying match just 24 hrs prior (brutal).

  14. does the linesman have the flag up when Robinho firs t received the ball before the first goal? Should the ref not blwn the whistle for off side instead of lettinmg the play continue?
