As we approach the MLS All-Star Break it's time to take a look at the players who have played well enough to draw praise and accolades for their performances during the season's first half.
Let's start with the Most Valuable Player award. There are a handful of worthy candidates staking claims right now. From Edson Buddle in LA, to Sebastien LeToux in Philadelphia, to David Ferreira with FC Dallas and Juan Pablo Angel with the New York Red Bulls.
We'll share our pick on Tuesday morning. Who is your vote for? Cast your vote for mid-season MLS MVP below:
Who did you vote for? Were Buddle's goals too tough to ignore, or did you give the nod to LeToux for carrying the Union attack? Would your vote go to someone not on the ballot? If so, who?

It has to be Buddle. He is largely responsible for LA having the ludicrous record they have. Take him out of the offense and LA is a middling team at best.
Donovan certainly helps him, but Buddle has REALLY raised his game.
LeToux was the only other one I seriously considered in this poll since he’s scoring and creating chances for teammates at a very high clip as well.
None of the above for me. Donovan
