  2. Im looking forward to seeing NYRB sell out if possible. 4 DP on the field, a state of the art stadium and expansion talks for another team and people arnt willing to leave the city to go to the game but they travel to giants and jets games?

  3. OMG, please read next time before you post. -__- I SAID OTHER THEN THE SAVES Hart made the game was boring. I am not yelling just putting in caps to make sure you can see good.

  4. don’t forget the ‘Cap anything that moves’ mat, ‘Hire foreign-sounding-name coach’ mat, and ‘Why don’t we play like Spain or Brazil (how hard can it be?)’ mat.

  5. Is it just me or was the Aston Villa v West Ham game this morning much more fast paced and exciting than this Chelsea v West Brom game?

  6. Holden was probably Bolton’s best player, and he was so unlucky on that rip that hit the post. He led some great attacks for Bolton.

If this first game is any indication of the season that Fulham is going to have, Deuce might want to find a new team… stat. He has been their most valuable player… and was even named to the EPL best XI by Italy’s largest sports newspaper for the 09-10 season. He has scored the two most important (and valuable) goals in Fulham’s history.

Yet, despite all of that, he cannot even get a start against Bolton?

  7. Good to see Marcus H get the win. I wish he could’ve started the Brazil game. Give Timmy a break (They lost today). Personally though, even though Lichaj made the bench, at 25 he needs to be playing somewhere. Not many chances for a defender to sub in for reasonable time compared to other positions.

  8. And Chelsea are off to the races. It will be important for Essien to stay healthy this year in the absence of Ballack and J. Cole. With Obi developing so well in the last two years, they should boss the center midfield vs. any team.

Then again, the matches aren’t played with roster sheets.

  9. You must have been asleep or drunk. How can you find a game with over 20 shots on goal, most of them held out with acrobatic saves, and a fever pitch pace (dragged a bit in the second half) boring?

  10. the fact that Wolves, West Brom, Wigan, etc are in it this year gives me hope that the Hammers will stay up. But indeed they do look just as bad, and maybe worse, than last year.

  11. When I first watched the movie Office Space I laughed along with everyone at the “Jump to Conclusions” mat idea.

However, after reading the posts on this sight I’m starting to think it was a brilliant idea with a target market of soccer fans in the US.

  12. Ever since Dempsey came on he has changed the Fulham attack. They look much more dangerous. Also Holden has had some good moments. Particularly a shot that hit the post I think.

  13. I agree Reid is struggling… my point, which was not well articulated, is that collectively WHam D looks awful, and I think Specs sitting out this one is on balance a good thing. So hoping he gets a chance to play soon and make his case to start.

  14. Not for long, Goldie Locks ( Holden ) better get a new team because Bolton is going back down after this year.

Question- How did Dempsey get the name Deuce?

  15. Duff and Davies have looked poor from the midfield and Murphy is just too old….and Demps rots on the bench…go figure…Hughes you have to wonder about a three time retread…if this is the best Fulham can do this year they will be in the relegation battle from the start…

  16. Time for Deuce to put a transfer request in…how the hell he is not on the field is baffeling…thank God Holden has one of the better young managers in the BPL who plays the BEST players…
