  1. that’s an interesting point. a bad start might just kick the owners in to a slight panic and force them to dish out the serious cash. This is very unlikely, but it’s fun to think about!

  2. And of course, RVP is on the ground in pain wiht in moments. I think he’s in line for the Sam Jackson role in a remake of Unbreakable

  3. Spector didn’t even make the bench for the Hammers today and with the rumor’s of Luke Young being signed it does not look good for Specs.

  4. GREAT point by the announcer in the Everton game regarding Pienaar. He made the perfect feed at the attacking end and then perfectly covered for Hibbert who had overlapped.

  5. Bradley played a strong match today. Good field vision/awareness creating numerous chances for teammates, as well as a couple of fine attempts by himself.

  6. I believe its just a green card he talked about getting it renewed when he was in the USA this summer.

It doesn’t look good for Grella, Somma’s goals were good and to do it in 15 minutes….

  7. I have to say that Pablo Barrera looks good today. Looks like he belongs. Just needs to bulk up a bit and will be a tremendous player.

  8. west ham is just beating their butt lol

nothing holden can do from what im seeing, hes looking better though

Boltons goaler deserves a freaking medal for that first half

  9. I’m not sure if Grella will get any minutes for Leeds. David Somma who ironically has a green card came on for the last 15 minutes and scored 2 goals to give Leeds the win.

Leeds made 2 subs, Grella didn’t get in.

  10. So wrong, but yet so true! LOL

Younger too, although Plymouth was in the Championship as oppose to the Ligue 1 or whatever it’s called?

Man looks like Arsenal is almost done for the day? I wonder if Arsene will risk putting in Cesc or RVP without the need? Mexico funs will love it if they get to see Carlos Vela AND Pablo Barrera today!

  11. It’s good to see Conor Doyle get the start today. He must’ve made some good impressions quick. He now has more starts than Kenny Cooper did when he was with Plymouth

  12. ha yeah, that’s what im sayin’; once the season shapes up and they realize they need to stay up at any cost, the attacking ball will probably slow down. Oh well, fun to watch now at least.

  13. Walcott looking very lively for the Gunners. Very entertaining match and good to see Blackpool not just going route 1 longball.

  14. of course Hull’s problems began when they stopped playing attacking ball late in their first season. It was like Crazy Phil lost his nerve or something.

On the bright side, Blackpool got 3 early points. 34 or so to go. 🙂

  15. Yeah I really want them to do well since they seem attacking and fun to watch, but we can all remember Hull was the same way when they came up to the Prem.

  16. Blackpool with a couple of good sequences early. It’s fun to watch these promoted teams when they come out to play. We know how it turns out, usually…but still.
