  2. I don’t get why goals like these are always so widely shared. They’re not uncommon, not impressive, and are usually accidental. All they are is from far away.

  3. Funny, we have a commercial playing over here in Korea playing out exactly like how that goal did. One goalkeeper kicks the ball all the way over to the other end of the field, a lucky bounce, and it’s in.

  4. It’s very fluky. This is the equivalent of a home run that is actually a single with three errors, or something like that.

  5. I was going to post a comment that it was more lucky than “must see”, but seeing as that’s the general consensus here already, I’m just going to post that I was going to post that.

  6. Agreed–not a great goal. A ball played over the top that the goalkeeper completely misses on.

    Can’t be a great goal if it’s unintentional, in my opinion.
