Neymar scores as Santos wins first Copa Libertadores title since 1963

If the Copa Libertadores was Neymar's final perfomance for Santos, he certainly left on a high note.

The much-sought-after transfer target scored the opening goal to lead Santos to a 2-1 victory over Penarol Wednesday night in the second leg of the Copa Libertadores final. The Libertadores championship is the third for the Brazilian club but the first since Pele's playing days back in 1963.

Danilo added the second goal for Santos before an own-goal sliced Penarol's deficit in half. The two teams had played to a scoreless draw in the first leg.

The celebration after the match was marred by an all-out brawl between the two sides.
