Fulham 2, Bolton 0: Match Highlights (including Dempsey’s latest goal)

Things just keep getting better for Clint Dempsey, and keep getting worse for Bolton.

The Cottagers posted a 2-0 victory on the Trotters to keep Bolton buried at the bottom of the English Premier League standings. Clint Dempsey opened the scoring with his team-leading fifth goal of the season to push Fulham to 11th in the Premier League standings. The loss left Bolton five points from safety, at the bottom of the relegation zone.

    I love Fulham for giving players from our Confederation a chance to play in the big leagues. Can’t say that from many other teams, if any.

  2. eddie johnson probably wouldn’t made two goals and had sex with multiple women at the same time if he were Ruiz in that situation.

  3. Love Ruiz’s move to cut in front of the defender there after getting on the end of Clint’s pass. He either forces the defender to check up or gets wiped out, drawing a dangerous free kick and a Red Card. The finish was pretty nice too.

    I hope Holden has a relegation clause in his contract or he likes playing in the Championship, because that team has very little chance of surviving the drop.
