Inter Milan have stepped up their efforts to sign Carlos Tevez as the tumultuous transfer saga surrounding the controversial striker shows no signs of dissipating.
The Serie A giants have offered Manchester City more than $32 million to sign Tevez in the January transfer window. Inter president Massimo Moratti opened communication with the Premier League club after a possible deal with AC Milan crumbled at the last minute. Both Moratti and manager Claudio Ranieri said they might not need Tevez considering the rich run of form Inter are enjoying, but the offer still stands.
Tevez remains in Argentina after being ostracized from the team in September. He has not appeared for Manchester City since then and manager Roberto Mancini has made it clear Tevez will not play for the club again. Paris St.-Germain have also emerged as a possible target after they failed to sign Alexandre Pato.

Oh come on, where’s the fashion police, stripes and check shorts?!?!??!
Unfortunately for Chelsea, they’re paying a lot of money to a guy who isn’t actually very good.
sky sports showing an interview about Cahills transfer…Tim Ream got brought up by Owen Coyle. Any news on this Ives?
+1 that would be great.. Demps to Munich or a top table bundesliga team
the headline should have been: “Tevez still chipping out of the bunker”
We should all be so lucky.
interesting about berbatov. when i read that bayern wanted some attacking options, i was hoping dempsey might get a look.
you would think with the money he makes, he could hire a wardrobe consultant to tell him not to wear stripes with plaids.
+1
Tevez has always had a fierce chip shot…(fiercer than those picnic table shorts, i might add)
that picture is priceless.
well played, John, well played.
header pic pretty much sums up his career at this point.
