I wish that all of our players had mentalities like Holden, Dempsey, and Demerit. Self-motivators who never quit and have no expectation of entitlement. They take what they want, and once they have it, you have to pull it from their cold, dead fingers to get it.
What exactly happened to his knee? The first time and the second time,…acl, mcl, cartilage damage? What happened?
My buddy david rehabbed with hash as well, said it was a great recovery process!
The magical Hash!
That knee ought to be bionic by the time he gets back on the pitch. He’s put so much hard work into rehab.
that’s right folks. Delaware. Same place Gooch and CD went.
Almost didn’t recognize Danny without the mohawk
Is he sponsored by Nike?
Can’t wait for his return. He’s just as much a breath of fresh air on the field as he is off it. Hope Klinsman plays him in the middle like Coyle does.
I like the scene where he’s walking in the pool at the same pace with the old lady…
Has Holden been hanging out with DeMerit…Both are really funny guys…Almost seems like they come from the same family…Hope his recovery continues well
looks like Danny Califf in the background at one point
Rehabbed twice with Hash – he’s a miracle worker – Stu is in great hands!
the lady in the pool at the 1.27 mark cracks me up, you would think she would look at the camera as she passes by but is obviously not impressed by poor old Stu.
Wish him a speedy recovery. He should be back to top form by 2014, making us even more dangerous.
Its good to see Holden on the road to recovery.
USMNT fans should temper their expectations though. He’s been out for a long time – it will probably take a good year or two before close to his early 2011 form. As we have seen with other serious knee injuries (Onyewu and to a more serious extent Davies), even when your playing again, it still takes a long time for your body to come back to what it was.
What a great attitude. Impossible to not be a fan!
Oh, that Stu. He’s soooo dreamy.
