Ryan Johnson is what you call Raw Talent ,he is however inconsistent and that has limited his growth as a player.. very good crosser of the ball, good in the air and hits Rocket from distance.. he needs a better back to goal game to be a star striker tho..
Funny – the FSC announcers were very disrespectful towards Toronto FC in both matches. Yet, Aaron Winter appears to be building a pretty decent team and system up there.
It will be interesting to see what they do against Santos Laguna. Is their 4-3-3 going to get chewed up? Will Torsten Frings experience be enough to manage the speed of the Santos forwards?
Either way, good for the TFC fans. They deserve it and will give Santos a warm welcome and a few streamers in Toronto.
Galaxy had a depth and CB problem going in, they’ve solved neither. Arena felt forced to start his A side 3 straight matches. When he did sub, RSL tore them apart.
It must have been the “fatigue” on LA’s part from sitting home the last few days. Some days (like yesterday) I wish RSL still had Ryan Johnson.
I’m still in mourning. FML.

I wish San Jose still had Johnson. The guy is on form right now. And he was great at the for Jamaica at the Gold Cup.
