Carlos Tevez has been in the headlines more often than not in recent months, and he will be in more after Corinthians expressed an interest in possibly bringing back the troubled Argentine striker.

Having parted ways with Brazilian forward Adriano, Corinthians is interested in signing a striker this summer and are contemplating whether to make a bid for Tevez. Corinthians tried to sign Tevez last summer, but were unsuccessful in their attempt.

Tevez played for Corinthians earlier in his career, donning the colors of the Brazilian club from 2004-2006 before signing with West Ham United.

Here are more stories from around the soccer world:

COCU IN CHARGE OF PSV ON INTERIM BASIS

Former PSV Eindhoven midfielder Phillip Cocu has been put in charge of the club on an interim basis for the remainder of the year after the club fired manager Fred Rutten. PSV dismissed Rutten after a string of poor results, and has now turned to Cocu and Ernest Faber to help guide the club back into first place in Eredivisie. PSV currently sits in fourth, trailing leaders AZ Alkmaar by four points.

UKRAINE ADVISES FOREIGNERS TO GET MEASLES SHOT BEFORE EURO 2012

If you're a soccer fan who is planning on going to Euro 2012 this summer, you might want to get vaccinated for measles.

At least that is what Ukraine's Health Ministry is advising following a measles outbreak in the country. Ukraine, which is cohosting this summer's tournament with Poland, had more than 1,300 cases registered in 2011, a significant raise from the less than 40 the year prior.

The ministry also advises foreigners to get immunized for diseases like tuberculosis and rubella if they have not done so already.

BRAZIL SCHEDULES JAPAN FRIENDLY IN POLAND IN OCTOBER

Brazil will continue its preparations for the 2014 World Cup with a friendly against Japan in Poland in October. The match will be played on Oct. 16 in Wroclaw, one of the four Polish cities hosting Euro 2012 games this summer. Japan and Brazil both wanted to play a game in Europe and deemed Wroclaw a suitable destination.
