FC Dallas has turned things around after a slow start to the season, posting consecutive wins. The latest win, a comeback victory against Montreal, was delivered in large part due to the impressive efforts of Panamanian striker Blas Perez.
With Dallas trailing 1-0 at Pizza Hut Park, Shea scored a second-half equalizer, then took part in the build-up that led to Brek Shea's late game-winning goal. His contributions helped Dallas improve to 3-2-1 and helped Perez earn SBI MLS Player of the Week honors.
Perez edged out a field of candidates that included Sporting Kansas City's Aurelien Collin, Chivas USA's Osvaldo Minda and San Jose's Chris Wondolowski.

If Ferriera ever gets back, he can fix this problem quickly.
You got Shea on the brain…
Perez scored the equalizer off a rebound from a sick header from G.John
Best MLS signing of the off-season for any team. If only Dallas’s midfield wasn’t a total shambles, they’d be a contender.
Best Import Player so far..
perez is a total beast. he’s all over the field, playing offense and defense with a ridiculous smoothness. the fact he’s had a hand in every dallas goal this season speaks volumes for his work rate.
