The trophy looked lost, but Manchester City never gave up, even as stoppage time ticked away and City needed two goals to lift the Premier League title trophy.

Trailing Queens Park Rangers 2-1, and needing a win to secure their first title in 44 years, City staged a comeback for the ages. Edin Dzeko's equalizer and Sergio Aguero's magical game-winning finish helped give Manchester City a 3-2 victory and the Premier League title.

The comeback spoiled Manchester United's bid for the title, which the club thought it had in hand when its 1-0 victory over Sunderland ended. City changed everything with two late goals scored against a QPR side playing a man down after Joey Barton's red card.

City's comeback capped a thrilling day in the Premier League. A day that saw Arsenal come from behind to beat West Brom and finish third, and QPR stay up thanks to Stoke City's 2-2 tie vs. Bolton. The draw doomed Bolton to relegation.

Tottenham finished fourth in the Premier League after a 2-0 victory against Fulham, but must root for a Chelsea loss in the UEFA Champions League Final to ensure their own place in the Champions League next season.
