The Hammers are back, and it didn't take that long at all.

A year after being relegated in stunning fashion, West Ham United has completed their comeback, earning a return trip to the English Premier League after beating Blackpool in the Promotion Final on Saturday.

Ricardo Vaz Te played the role of hero, delivering the game-winning goal in the 87th minute for West Ham in a 2-1 victory that is projected to be worth between £45 million and £90 million.

West Ham joins Reading and Southampton as the three teams moving into the Premier League after gaining promotion from the League Championship. Bolton, Blackburn and Wolves have been relegated from the Premier League.

What did you think of West Ham's performance? Which of the newly-promoted teams do you see doing the best next season?
