It is impressive to me how many defenders that ball had to work it’s way through to get to the goal. When Walbeck touches it in there are 5 Swedes in the camera shot and he is the only English player.
I think he meant to do it AND he got lucky. Even if he was lucky, that doesn’t negate the skill and reflexes it took to get his heel on the ball in the first place.
That was great. Complete control of his body, awareness of his positioning and beautiful touch all in a split second. Good on you, D. Well, good on you.
