Red Bulls vs. Union: Match Day Commentary

New York Red Bulls Logo

The New York Red Bulls and Philadelphia Union renew their I-95 rivalry today at Red Bull Arena (2:30pm, ESPN2).

The Red Bulls are riding high off a big mid-week victory against the Chicago Fire, and they take on an improving Union side that has won four of five matches under interim head coach John Hackworth. The Union will look to record their first point (let alone victory) at Red Bull Arena, where the Red Bulls have been tough to beat in 2012.

Thierry Henry will be leading the New York attack while a familiar face to Union fans, Sebastien LeToux, will be facing his former club for the first time since being traded to their arch rival.

The Union will look to their stingy defense to try and slow down the Red Bulls' high-flying attack, while Jack McInerney and Lionard Pajoy look to test a Red Bulls defense that has shown vulnerability in recent weeks.

SBI will be providing live commentary from today's match, so please feel free to follow along. As always, you are welcome to share your thoughts, opinions and some play-by-play in the comments section below.
