Cristiano Ronaldo and Didier Drogba renew their long-standing rivalry when Real Madrid takes on Galatasaray (2:45pm, Fox Soccer Channel) on Wednesday  in the quarterfinals of the UEFA Champions League.

The two have previously faced off in the English Premier League with Manchester United and Chelsea as well as Portugal vs. Ivory Coast in the 2010 World Cup. Luka Modric, Kaka, and Angel Di Maria will be looking to build off Real Madrid’s 2-1 win over Manchester United in the last round to move on, but Galatasaray forward Burak Yilmaz may have something different to say, having scored 27 goals this season in all competitions.

Málaga kept their Cinderella run in the Champions League alive with a 2-0 win last match-day over Porto, and on Wednesday they’ll welcome German giants Borussia Dortmund (2:45pm, Fox Soccer Plus/MSG+) to La Rosaleda. The Spanish club have struggled in the league this season, currently sitting in 5th place, but their European form has been superb.

Robert Lewandowski has scored six goals in his last five matches for club and country, but Dortmund will still be without Mats Hummels in central defense. Mario Götze and Marco Reus will have to be careful on the wings, with their opposite numbers Joaquin and Isco constantly making forward runs.
