U.S. U-18 coach Perez names squad for Milk Cup

U.S. Under-18 Men’s National Team head coach Javier Perez has named four professional players on an 18-man roster for the upcoming Milk Cup in Northern Ireland.

Three Red Bulls homegrown signings, Santiago Castaño, Amando Moreno, and Matt Miazga are on the squad, as well as two other academy players from the club, Christopher Lema and Alex Muyl. Ethan Horvath, a goalkeeper who recently signed with Molde FK in Norway, is the fourth professional on the roster.

Five players from the U.S. U-17 squad at the CONCACAF U-17 championship will make their U-18 debuts in the internationally-known tournament.

The tournament, which runs from July 29-August 2, features matches against Mexico, Northern Ireland, and Denmark.
