Before a potential El Clasico meeting in Spain, superstar wingers Neymar and Cristiano Ronaldo will first meet in the United States.

On Tuesday, the New England Revolution officially announced an international friendly between Brazil and Portugal for Sept. 10, the same date as the USMNT’s World Cup Qualifier against Mexico in Columbus. Tickets for the friendly will go on sale next Tuesday, July 9, at 10 a.m. ET.

Kickoff is set for 8:30 p.m. ET at the home of the Revolution, Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass. Since the match will be held during an official FIFA international window, fans should expect some of the nations’ best talent to be on display that night.

“It is always a thrill to come to the United States and I am very happy to play against Portugal in Boston at Gillette Stadium on September 10,” Neymar said in New England’s press release. “The Boston-area has a very large Brazilian population and I invite all of our fans in the United States to come out and enjoy the match.”

The two world powers last met in the 2010 FIFA World Cup, playing out a scoreless draw in their final group stage match. The last friendly between Brazil and Portugal finished 6-2 in favor of the South Americans.
