Talk about deja vu.

A week after going on a brief loan from Club Tijuana to second division Mexican side Dorados and scoring in a 3-1 Copa MX victory against Estudiantes Tecos, Paul Arriola did the same on Tuesday night. Arriola helped Dorados knock off Estudiantes once again, but this time he scored the winner and not an insurance goal in another 3-1 triumph.

Arriola’s decisive strike came minutes before halftime, as he got on the end of a pass from the right and easily pushed the ball home after being left unmarked.

The victory improves the Dorados to 2-0 in Copa MX play and they currently sit atop Group 6, two points ahead of Chivas de Guadalajara. Dorados’ next match in the competition is against fellow second division club Universidad de Guadalajara on Feb. 1.

What do you think of Arriola scoring again for Dorados? Would you like to see him loaned there for the rest of the season or prefer to see him stick it out with Xolos? Do you see him having a strong Clausura campaign with Tijuana?
