Real Salt Lake is putting their 12-match unbeaten streak on the line today when they travel to Seattle to take on the Sounders.
RSL are the remaining unbeaten team in MLS, but they will have a tough time keeping that run going against a very tough Seattle side, especially without the likes of Kyle Beckerman, Nick Rimando and Alvaro Saborio.
Today’s MLS schedule features several intriguing matches, including D.C. United meeting Sporting Kansas City in a clash of top Eastern Conference teams, and Toronto FC’s clash against the Columbus Crew.
SBI will be providing live commentary on today’s match so please feel free to share your thoughts and opinions in the comments section below.
Enjoy the action (Today’s commentary is after the jump):
Pierazzi for Sports Center Top 10. Has to be.
ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL
He only had two goals in his career for AC Ajaccio too!
Needs to pull the trigger on those more often!
Yikes. Fearsome golazo.
Garcia and Morales are going down extremely easily in this game and Salazar is buying it for the most part.
This RSL v Seattle game is super compact and defensive early on, taken about 25 minutes to open up at all.
Not related to the games today, but did anyone else see that Lampard signed with NYCFC???
I saw that posted on reddit, is that confirmed anywhere official yet?
…and Villa is reported to be in Manchester getting a final physical.

I barely consider the mirror to be official, all the british papers are extremely suspect to me. Wouldn’t be surprised to see it happen though
All English papers suspect? Surely the Guardian provides the best soccer coverage on the planet… excepting perhaps The Blizzard.
