There’s no question the LA Galaxy are currently the hottest team in MLS, and their performance on Sunday evening was a perfect example why.
The Galaxy dominated in all facets of their match against Chivas USA, routing their lowly neighbors, 3-0, behind a pair of special goals that will certainly be up for Goal of the Year nominations. The Galaxy’s impressive performance made them an easy choice for SBI MLS Team of the Week.
The Galaxy, who have won four straight while scoring 13 goals in that stretch, beat out the Houston Dynamo, Chicago Fire, and Portland Timbers for this week’s honors.
