The UEFA Champions League returns to action Tuesday with eight games, including one of the most anticipated group stage matches of all, between Barcelona and Ligue 1 champion Paris Saint-Germain.

With PSG trying to reestablish themselves as a world power, gaining points at home against Barcelona will be crucial toward advancing out of a challenging Group F that also includes Ajax.

The Parisians will have to earn a result without influential striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic, however, with the big Swede ruled out due to injury.

With a win, Barcelona would be at six points through two games and effectively take control of the group.

Another exciting fixture Tuesday afternoon is Manchester City at home against Roma. The Sky Blues are looking to rebound after giving up a disheartening late winner to Bayern Munich in their first game. Meanwhile, Roma looks like a legitimate candidate to advance to the knockout stage after demolishing CSKA Moskow two weeks ago.

  1. Pep is only speaking Spanish…. At least I assume its him. I don’t hear any german coming from the sidelines at all. He is only talking to Xabi?

  2. Bayern don’t look at that great. They are playing really slow. I can’t tell if its because they aren’t trying or it’s just more Pep based not wanting to actually score lethargy.
