The Maryland Terrapins have not lived up to expectations this season, but they played like a top team Sunday when they drubbed SBI No. 3 Penn Sate, 4-0.

The Terrapins handed the previously undefeated Nittany Lions their first loss of the season, with Mael Corboz scoring a brace. Alex Shinsky and Tsubasa Endoh added the other two goals to improve the Terrapins to 5-5-2. The Nittany Lions fall to 10-1-1 this season.

SBI No. 22 Oregon State battled to a 1-1 draw with No. 1 Washington on Sunday. Huskies playmaker Christian Roldan was sent off in the 58th minute, but Henry Wingo scored the opening goal in the 64th minute.

The Beavers’ Jordan Jones answered in the 73rd minute, but they could not capitalize with their one-man advantage in regular time. The Huskies record sits at 9-1-1, while the Beavers stands at 8-3-1.

Another big match ended in a 1-1 draw this weekend, with No. 8 UCLA and No. 7 Stanford unable to find an overtime winner. The Bruins’ Aaron Simmons scored the first goal in the 49th minute, but the Cardinal’s Zach Batteer equalized in the 57th minute. With a loss and draw this weekend, the Bruins record sits at 6-3-3, while the Cardinal are 8-2-1.

No. 17 George Mason topped No. 13 Saint Louis, 3-2 on Sunday. Matt Tucker and Timi Mulgrew gave the Patriots the lead, but Anthony Manning and Robert Kristo scored two goals within minutes of each other to tie the match.
