Both Milan clubs may be struggling to live up to expectations so far this season but the first Derby della Madonnina of the season will bring all the passion and energy of years past.

Seventh-place AC Milan take on Inter Milan and new coach Roberto Mancini, who will be taking charge of his first match since being hired as the replacement for Walter Mazzarri. The 161st edition of the Milan Derby will also be the first one with Filippo Inzaghi in the dugout for Milan.

Stephen El Shaarawy and Jeremy Menez look set to star for Milan against Mateo Kovacic and Mauro Icardi, who already has seven goals this season.

In England, Manchester United will attempt to add to Arsenal’s misery when they visit the Emirates Stadium. Man United will be without many of their stars as Daley Blind, Radamel Falcao, Phil Jones, Marcos Rojo, Angel Di Maria, and Ashley Young are among the many players either out or carrying injuries into this weekend’s match.

Arsenal have a lengthy injury list as well but they’ll hope to right their ship after a slate of recent performance where they lost games or tied after leading early.

The first legs of the MLS Cup playoffs conference finals kick off this Sunday as the New York Red Bulls host the New England Revolution and the LA Galaxy take on the Seattle Sounders.
