A pair of friendly international matches await the U.S. Under-20 Men’s National Team in their final foreign training camp before embarking on the CONCACAF U-20 Championship.

U.S. U-20 head coach Tab Ramos named a 19-man squad for a week-long training camp in Honduras that will feature two friendly matches against the Honduras U-20 team on Dec. 18 and Dec. 21. The U.S. U-20s will depart on Monday and remain in Honduras through Dec. 22.

Headlining the squad are seven foreign-based players, not including Zackary Steffen, who signed on Friday with SC Freiburg. A quartet of players from Club Tijuana – Paul Arriola, John Requejo Jr., Amando Moreno, and Fernando Arce – are in the squad as well as Hoffenheim’s Russell Canouse, Boca Junior’s Joel Soñora, and Sunderland’s Lynden Gooch are also in the squad as well.

The roster features nine of the ten players who took part in the domestic-based U-20 fitness camp in early December, including Columbus Crew SC’s Romain Gall, who along with Canouse has played in all seven of the U-20s international matches in 2014.

Here’s a look at the U.S. U-20 squad for their Honduras training camp:
