For the first time in nearly seven years, the U.S. Women’s National Team is being recognized as anything but the best team in the world.

FIFA’s latest rankings were revealed Friday, as, for the first time since March 2008, the USWNT does not hold the top spot. Thanks to a draw with China (13th) and defeat to Brazil (8th), the U.S. has been leapfrogged by Germany, which now holds the unique position of being atop both the men’s and women’s world rankings.

Germany ascended to the top spot on the heels of a 10-game winning streak through World Cup qualifying. The team’s only recent loss came in an October friendly against France, which moved up one spot to third.

The U.S. will get a chance at revenge on Sunday, when the team gets to match up with the very same Brazil side that defeated them just one week prior.
