Europa League round of 16 action is the highlight of the afternoon on Soccer Thursday.
Everton will try to put poor league form to the side when Dynamo Kiev visits Goodison Park for the first leg. A 7-1 aggregate victory against Swiss side Young Boys in the last round handed Everton its only two wins in the last seven games.
League foes go toe-to-toe when Fiorentina hosts Roma and Villarreal plays Sevilla. Inter Milan faces a tricky first leg on the road in Wolfsburg.
The South America’s continental club competition takes center stage later in the day. Paraguayan side Libertad plays Estudiantes in the Copa Libertadores group stage, with both teams even on four points in Group 7. River Plate seeks its first win of this year’s competition in Group 6 against Peruvian team Juan Aurich.
The CONCACAF U-17 Championships continue, with Mexico and Costa Rica facing off in the late afternoon. Canada and Panama round out the day’s action from El Salvador.
