The four remaining teams in the Europa League can take a step toward the final in the opening leg of the semifinals on Thursday.

Headlining the action is last year’s champions, Sevilla, who play host to Italian club Fiorentina. Sevilla enter Thursday looking to rebound from a loss to Real Madrid, the team’s first home defeat in 35 matches, while Fiorentina looks to add to a Europa league hitlist that includes Tottenham, Roma and Dynamo Kiev.

Thursday’s other Europa League pairing matches Rafa Benitez’s Napoli against Ukrainian side Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk. Unbeaten in the club’s last 12 European home games, Napoli battles a Dnipro side that has had issues with Italian opposition, dropping five straight including a pair of losses to Inter Milan in the group stage.

The action continues into the evening with a pair of Copa Libertadores round of 16 first leg matchups. Arch-rivals River Plate and Boca Juniors collide for a cup Superclasico. Meanwhile, Eduador’s Emelec matches up with Colombian club Atletico Nacional.
