The Montreal Impact received a boost in training on Tuesday, while another player from the Pacific Northwest is gaining interest from China.

Impact forward Didier Drogba joined the team’s preseason training in Florida after spending time in Qatar this offseason with a personal trainer. The Impact will face New York City FC in a scrimmage on Wednesday. (REPORT)

Darren Mattocks of the Vancouver Whitecaps is reportedly being targeted by the Chinese Super League. In 22 appearances last season, the striker tallied three goals and one assist. (REPORT)
