Former Barcelona star Ronaldinho is reportedly considering MLS or the Chinese Super League for his next move, according to his brother and agent Roberto Assis. The Brazilian left Fluminense in September, after a mutual agreement to terminate his contract. (REPORT)
Kevin Doyle was stretchered off the field during Friday’s international friendly between the Republic of Ireland and Switzerland. The Rapids forward is expected to miss two-to-four weeks with the injury. (REPORT)

I’ve watched Ronaldinho for years. Including at his last club in July/Aug/Sept. If he comes to MLS I guarantee you he wins player of the yearly. He is head and shoulders above the current MLS talent pool. I guarantee it.
A lot of ifs there. An mls club must want him first. Than he has to actually last a year there. I dont see either of those happening
Sounders seem to get green cards done pretty fast. Do other teams do them pretty fast/often as well? Seems like we have 1-2 a year and I don’t feel like I hear other teams as often, but I am not also looking for their news

What he and his brother agent fail to acknowledge is an MLS club must also consider a move for Ronaldinho: I don’t believe that is the case.
MLS even being linked with him, at this point in his current condition, is bad press. Then again, they only have themselves to blame for the retirement perception.

Yeah, a lot changes in a decade. I’d have done horrible unforgivable things to have had Ronaldinho in the MLS in 06. To be honest though, I’d still have to go see him play at least once. One of my favorites.
