Despite the league title already decided, there is still much to play for in the English Premier League.

West Ham United and Manchester United are two of those teams with a lot to play for, and the two clubs will meet on Tuesday afternoon at Upton Park. In addition, the match is guaranteed to be an emotional one, as Tuesday’s clash serves as the last ever at the stadium before West Ham moves to the Olympic Stadium next year.

West Ham needs a win to keep its bid for a Europa League spot on track. The Hammers currently sit at seventh place in the table with 59 points. With a win, West Ham will leapfrog Southampton into sixth place in the table.

Manchester United is fighting for a Champions League spot. Entering Tuesday’s clash with West Ham, United stands in fifth place with 63 points. They are two points behind Manchester City with a game in hand. With wins in its final two games, United can clinch that a fourth-place finish and a spot in the Champions League.
