Argentina vs. Chile: Your Running Commentary

Leo Messi Argentina Chile 22

While Chile looks to claim its second straight Copa America on Sunday, Argentina seeks its first title since 1993.

La Albiceleste has been forced to battle through injuries during this summer’s tournament, but Gerardo Martino’s side received a big boost on Sunday with the return of Paris Saint-Germain attacker Angel di Maria.

Chile will keep the majority of the starting XI intact from their semifinals win over Colombia, with Arturo Vidal the lone change for the defending champions.

  1. Of all the referee of all the countries in South America this is the very worst choice. Copa America orginizers seem to be the only people that don’t know this.

  2. Brazilian ref Porco probably gave the second yellow having forgotten that he’d already given a yellow, so has now redcarded Rojo to make amends. . . . that’s what happens when you eat all the pies.
