The U.S. Women’s National Team will continue their preparation for this summer’s Olympic Games in Rio, while a packed slate of MLS and NASL matches headline the evening.

Jill Ellis and the USWNT will take on South Africa on Saturday afternoon, as both teams prepare for next month’s tournament. The U.S. rides a 13-match unbeaten streak heading into the contest.

In MLS, six matches will take place on the day, including the Seattle Sounders hosting LA Galaxy at CenturyLink Field. Elsewhere, the Vancouver Whitecaps meet the Colorado Rapids and the Philadelphia Union faces D.C. United.

The NASL Fall Season hits week two this weekend as Indy Eleven and Minnesota United do battle after strong Spring campaigns. The New York Cosmos will travel to Miami FC, as the latter looks to put its revamped roster to the test against one of the league’s top sides.
