The champion of Europe will be decided this Sunday when Euro 2016 hosts France meet Portugal.
A Seleção earned the spot after a 2-0 win over Wales on Wednesday, while France earned the same result over Germany on Thursday thanks to a brace from the tournament’s top goalscorer Antoine Griezmann.
It will be Portugal’s first time competing in the European finals since 2004, when a 19-year-old Cristiano Ronaldo was unable to help his country win on home soil against an upstart Greece. France, on the other hand, will look to become just the fourth nation to triumph as hosts and repeat the feat it had accomplished in 1984.
Stateside, MLS continues its midseason action with several storylines to watch. Orlando City, for one, will play its first game without head coach Adrian Heath — who was fired on Wednesday — when it hosts the Houston Dynamo on Friday. The Philadelphia Union, meanwhile, look to keep up with red-hot New York City FC in the Eastern Conference standings with a home fixture against D.C. United.
Also in action is the U.S. Women’s National Team, who will take part in an international friendly against South Africa on Saturday night.

Anyone know when Fox Sports 2 started broadcasting the Copa Libertadores? Caught the end of Sao Paolo game on Wednesday night. Didn’t know about the Boca game last night either.
Did they show group games too?
