45% percent of MLS teams have one or fewer wins on the road this season, home field advantage looks like it will be very important during the playoffs this season.
Jozy did not score tonight. First time all month that that could be said
The atomic ant came off in the 67th minute and those two have been working so well together, all good things have to come to an end some time. This was really a gut check game for Montreal after getting blasted by Chicago last week and drawing midweek at home with DC.
With all the Pulisic rumors could see Finley in there so Pulisic can be accustomed to a new team if need be. A lot of stuff going around for a kid his age
I wondered that to, you would think with the medical and signings it would take up a good portion of the week before facing St VG on Friday. Pulisic and Green could be in that situation, and I don’t think anyone would expect Miazga to get called, but another player such as Williams or even John Brooks could still be a late transfer target.
Ethan Finlay with his 4th goal in four games, late push for Nat callup?
Interestingly I prefer him over Zusi at this point
Finlay a better offensive option, but Zusi is more versatile being able to play inside or out and a better defender. Zusi wouldn’t seem like much of an option for 2018 so I’d choose Finlay over him as well. Not sure either will get a call this time around though with the emergence of Gooch, and reentering of Green.
