In his two seasons in Montreal, Oduro has appeared in 59 regular-season matches. He scored 14 goals in them while contributing six assists. All of his helpers and a half-dozen of his tallies came in 2016.

The Ghanaian veteran punctuated a solid season with the Impact by impressing in the playoff with two goals and three assists in five matches. The club just fell short of the MLS Cup Final, falling to Toronto FC in the Eastern Conference Finals.

“I am very happy to come back with the Impact, where I have enjoyed a lot of success with the club as well as individually and found more consistency and connection with my teammates,” said Oduro. “I also have a strong connection with the fans which made my decision even easier to return.”
