Following Juventus’ win over Barcelona on Tuesday UEFA Champions League quarterfinals continue on Tuesday with a trio of first leg matches.
In the wake of Tuesday’s explosion and subsequent postponement, Borussia Dortmund is set to host Monaco in what should be an emotional first leg in Germany. Dortmund enters the match following a midweek defeat to Bayern Munich, who face off with Real Madrid in the marquee match of the afternoon. Meanwhile, last year’s runners-up, Atletico Madrid, play host to Leicester City in the third and final match of the day.
The evening features a trio of Liga MX matches as Queretaro takes on Tijuana, Club America hosts Necaxa and Pachuca faces Morealia in Mexican action.

OMG this whole bomb thing made no sense until you look at the fact that Pulisic, maybe the best American there is right now, was a member of the team that was attempted to be bombed. There is no other reason to target Borussia Dortmund except that the American star is on that team. I hope others see this connection and I don’t see how it could be missed.
the connection was missed because it’s a ridiculous one to make…..please, don’t be ignorant!
Pulisic was a huge catalyst for BVB in the 2nd half, very much threatening on the right side and constantly sent in crosses. A huge difference maker.
Had to go back to work after lunch. How did he look? Big hill to climb now for BVB…
Pulisic not named to the starting eleven but is available as a sub. Kagawa back in the lineup.
He did go 90 on Saturday and given yesterday’s events Tuchel may have went for a more veteran line up.
