Spain’s two title challenges both take the field on Sunday while English action sees two of the league’s elite collide with major implications for one side.
Tottenham’s title hopes ended on Friday as Chelsea clinched the league crown, but Manchester United has plenty to play for when the two collide on Sunday. The Red Devils’ hopes of a top four finish are all but dead, but anything less than a win would certainly end their pursuit of Champions League soccer via the league route.
In Spain, both Barcelona and Real Madrid take the field as they look to continue a push towards a league crown. A slip up by either side would certainly open the door in a major way as the two look to duel in the final weeks.
Elsewhere, Juventus takes on Roma in an Italian headliner while a trio of MLS matches headline the afternoon and evening slate.

Decent footballing weekend, between the Liga MX playoffs, Monaco and Chelsea clinching their domestic titles, and the ridiculousness of Bayern ‘ s 5:4 comeback at Leipzig, it’s been fun to watch.

Big game for Julian Green and Stuttgart, a win and they are guaranteed promotion back to the bundesliga. Joe gyua didn’t dress yesterday anybody know if he’s injured or what’s going on with him. Haji Wright scored again for schalke vs Bayern Munich. Ives how bout an update on the u20s and their preparation for world cup: line up predictions, injury updates or anything. I know it’s a week away but getting excited, have high hopes for these kids. Really looking forward to seeing Zelalem play again haven’t sen him in awhile.
Green on the bench again. I’ve been a big supporter of his since we first heard he was considering the US but at this point, I’m starting to get concerned. Within a few weeks of transferring to Stuttgart he was starting, now he can barely get a late substitute appearance. What’s going on with him? Has he not progressed? Does he have an attitude problem? Whatever it, a 2 Bundaslegia team does not seem to rate him very highly.
