Christian Pulisic continued his great run of preseason form on Saturday, scoring an 86th-minute equalizer in Borussia Dortmund’s 2-2 draw with VfL Bochum.
After going down 2-0 before the hour mark, it looked like Peter Bosz’s side would fall for the first time this summer. However, Dortmund fought back as Gonzalo Castro pulled them within one after 85 minutes. Pulisic chested in Andre Schurrle’s delivery from the left wing a minute later.
This is the second straight friendly match in which Pulisic has made an impact. In Wednesday’s 3-1 victory over AC Milan in the International Champions Cup, Pulisic assisted on two goals while also drawing a penalty.
Borussia Dortmund face La Liga side Espanyol on July 28th in their final friendly of the summer, before facing off with Bayern Munich on August 5th in the German SuperCup.
