  1. Hopefully Gooch will get a good run of games to finish the season. If things go well over the next couple weeks I’d like to see Gooch, Green, & Parks in the May/June friendlies as RW, LW, & CM options.

  2. Greuther Furth has 18 points in ten games since the break with Julian Green at CAM for most if not all of those games. Risen from dead last to tied for 11th on points. Coincidence?

    • They have been doing better after they moved Green inside and a few other changes. However, they are in 14th place (goal difference does matter), not 11th and were in a relegation spot Sunday morning before the match. 7th place and 16th place are separated by 3 pts in the 2. Bundesliga so really anything could happen. Even Gaines and Boyd at Darmstadt in 17th place are only 6 pts out of 7th place with six matches to play.

  3. What a waste of a season for Hyndman. At this point I’d rather see him start in the Slovenian 2nd Division than just sitting on a bench. At the very least, someone in the SPL would buy him based on his Rangers loan right?

  4. Apparently, Josh Sargent scored a couple of goals in matches over the weekend for Bremen’s U19 at some sort of international tournament involving RB Salzburg and Everton. Taitague with a brace against FC Tokyo in a U19 friendly for Schalke.

  5. saw gooch’s match. he was very good; commentators mentioned several times how well he was playing. also, don’t think he left because of injury–he was down with a cramp at one point, but just came off in favor of some fresh legs.
