Why do reporters these days keep telling us things are happening that are obviously never gonna happen? there will never be La Liga games in the USA. MLS and SUM would never allow it. duh. the World Cup is never gonna be in Qatar either. nice try tho…

The response from the La Liga captains and fans is not surprising. The world’s infatuation with the anglocentric world order that has dominated politics and pop culture the world over for most of the last century and early 21 century is slowly winding down.
I don’t think it’s anglocentric, it’s money centric. Trying to build fan base, raise worldwide tv rights deals and catch up with the EPL in the money race.
