  1. I’m very disappointed at certain call-ups. Why did GB keep calling in, even in MLS’ standards, not so good players such as Trapp, Lovitz and Baird to take away roster spots for young, more creative, inexperienced but full of potentials and more deserving players from overseas? It is because those 3 maybe more familiar with GB’s system. What system? Is GB’s system a world beater, innovative and only he can understand world best system?

BTW, Pulisic was not even featured in Chelsea’s Champions League 18-man roster today. I’m praying Chelsea will sell Pulisic immediately, so our nation’s most gifted player can go to a lesser known team where Pulisic will be valued & appreciated and play day in day out. Why stay at a place where your boss doesn’t rate you and gives you a chance to perform at all?

  2. I don’t mind Yuiell, but prefer Holmes to Roldan, Trapp, maybe Bradley… I get the need for one and I would hate Roldan less if he played dmid, but we load up on non-creative midfielders that don’t break down defenses, and a lot of this competition is going to be needing to beat bunkers. I also would like Gall or J Green.

    • Holmes doesn’t play the same position as Trapp or Bradley so he’s not going to replace those two. Berhalter keeps referring to Holmes as a #10 as opposed to the #8 role Roldan plays. I do think he could do that position though.

  3. Ives, do you ever ask Berhalter, how he can justify some of these horrible decisoins. If this was the NBA or NFL the coach would be grilled over the indefensible selections he makes. Do they not give you access to him, or what is it.

    • Completely different positions. Yueill completely forced Uruguay to change their game plan 20 minutes into the match because he was killing them with 30 yard dimes.

  4. Glad Bradley, Miazga, Sargent is back.?⚽. Gall should have been called up over Roldan, dont care they not same position. (Patiently waiting for Rob and others to call me dumb. ??‍♂️)

    • It’s not dumb it’s just not Berhalter’s style, he’s been pretty committed to having 2 of each position. Klinsmann caught grief for ignoring that and then someone would get hurt and Sasha Kljestan and Danny Williams are wingers and Bedoya is playing as a lone #6. Or the PR match were we had 4 #6s in the midfield.
