As for Players v Owners CBA, I thought the first agreement from last year that didn’t get ratified was a win-win that favored the players. If anything, the fact that the owners are using covid to renegotiate speaks to the notion that they felt they were too lenient.
I’m not dismissing that covid hasn’t negatively impacted the economics, but the way this new deal is structured is incredibly dubious and opportunistic. I really hope the players don’t cave this time around…
