A healthy Jozy is number 1 LMAO!!!!! That’s like me saying a alive Michael Jackson is number 1. Ives Jozy done. Its between Josh and Hoppe right now at number 9. Also some other younger options

You can think Altidore is done, but Berhalter doesn’t and ultimately he’s the one who counts in all this. It’s only going to get tougher for Altidore to stay healthy at this age, but if he’s healthy and playing regularly he is still very much the guy Berhalter will call on for a big game.
Sargent should take that spot soon enough, as I noted on the show, and if there was a big game this week he’d be the pick. As for Hoppe, he’s got promise, but folks need to relax rushing him up the list. He’s still young and raw and needs more seasoning.
Who starts the first qualifier in the Fall? My money is on Sargent, but it wouldn’t at all shock me if Altidore is there and it’s much more a possibility than some folks seem to think.
I like Jozy, and don’t disagree with him being our current best striker, but that’s contingent on him being healthy and available.
If so, then yeah, start him.
Otherwise, I’d rather have Weah or AJ up there…
