The Reds are unbeaten in the last twelve matches against Newcastle United extending all the way back to the 2015 Premier League season where Newcastle registered their last win against Liverpool.
Despite their track record against the mighty Reds Eddie Howe and his men will hope to put on a show in-front of a faithful home crowd.
Along the English coast Brighton & Hove Albion host West Ham United in a thrilling affair. Following a historic season head boss Roberto De Zerbi and his men have started its 2023-24 campaign with six points through the first two matches of the season.
The Seagulls join Manchester City and Arsenal as the only Premier League clubs to collect six points through the first two matches while West Ham also remains unbeaten with a win and a draw thus far.
The Hammers are fresh off of a 3-1 victory over Chelsea after a dominate performance at the weekend. However with the trip to Brighton on the horizon the Hammers will look to turn things around against the Seagulls after losing both match-ups last season by a combined score of 6-0.
Premier League action continues with a London derby between third place Arsenal and Fulham. The Gunners are off to an excellent start after a second place finish last season and want nothing more than a Premier League trophy this season.
After a month long intermission due to the Leagues Cup Major League Soccer returns with a cross conference battle between St. Louis City SC and Orlando City SC.
The MLS newcomers hold the NO. 1 seed in the Western conference while Orlando City SC sit in fourth in the East. Orlando is unbeaten in its last five league matches finding form at the perfect time of the season.
Nicholas Gioacchini leads St. Louis with ten goals while Duncan McGuire and Facundo Torres have registered eight goals a piece for Orlando City.
