Americans Abroad Midweek Preview: Musah, Carter-Vickers, and more

Yunus Musah has missed the last two matches for Serie A side AC Milan, but is expected to return ahead of the Rossoneri’s final match of 2023.

Musah is slated to return as AC Milan welcomes Sassuolo to the San Siro on Saturday. The U.S. men’s national team midfielder has been training individually but could get the starting nod from manager Stefano Pioli. Musah has made 18 combined appearances for the Rossoneri following his summer move from Valencia, partnering up with fellow USMNT teammate Christian Pulisic.

The 21-year-old could be vital on whether or not AC Milan can extend its unbeaten run and continue chasing Inter and Juventus in the Scudetto race.

In England, Auston Trusty and Sheffield United face a daunting trip to Manchester City. Antonee Robinson and Fulham host London rivals Arsenal.
