Nottingham Forest enjoyed Premier League success against Manchester United back in December and will now aim to eliminate the Red Devils from this season’s FA Cup on Wednesday.
Matt Turner, Gio Reyna and Nottingham Forest will host the Red Devils at the City Ground in the Round of 16. Turner has remained Nuno Espirito Santo’s go-to choice for cup competitions since his arrival for Steve Cooper. Turner featured in both of Forest’s matchups with Bristol City in the fifth round, excelling in the replay victory on home soil.
Reyna was unable to feature in the last round of the competition, but is available for action this week. The Borussia Dortmund loanee featured off the bench in Forest’s 4-2 loss last weekend to Aston Villa and could earn his first start since making the move to England last month.
Elsewhere, Cameron Carter-Vickers and Celtic host Dundee FC. Gianluca Busio and Venezia face Cittadella. Brandon Vazquez and Monterrey take on Club Tijuana.
